They only wanted to offer what they had and wouldn't special order anything for me. They shouldn't go off of assumptions. I could have right out purchased what I was wanting. They were polite is the reason they have 2 stars.
Couldn't ask for better people and the service department has been GREAT to me also....would recommend them any day...GREAT PLACE...GREAT PEOPLE...GREAT CARS ETC!!
Service was able to diagnose and correct an issue created by a different Toyota dealership. They are knowledgeable, fair, honest and courteous. I am grateful for their attention to detail. I would highly recommend Gusweiler Service Department.
People here were nice enough. My problem is that they ordered a part for my car. When I went to pick it up at the time they told me I would be able to, it wasn't there. I was told it hadn't been on the delivery that morning and he wasn't sure where it was. No big deal. He he ordered the part again, and said it would be there the next morning. Long story short, after two days of getting the run around, I went else for the part. The Toyota dealership in Beavercreek ordered the part and had it in the next day. Another down side of Gusweiler Toyota is that they close at 5:00pm. The Toyota dealership in Beavercreek stays open till 8:00.
