I had asked to get the tips of my hair cut off because it was blonde (about 2 in.) the lady ended up cutting off about 5 in. and I asked to cut it in the original v-shape it was already in, but it ended up looking all jagged, uneven and chunky. It looks nothing like a v-cut! I now have to get another 2 in. cut from my hair to even if out, the shortest my hair has ever been and I hate it!! The lady didn't even let me hold the mirror so I could properly look at the back of my hair! Would not recommend this place, all the workers care more about talking to one another than actually paying attention to the hair they're cutting.

asked to not touch the top of my head and the non barber non haircutting fool chopped it down and gave me bangs WTF I am a guy-- NOW I have to spend 20 minute every single F-ing day hiding my F-ing bangs that this girls cut into my head.... !!!!! I hope the next person you do this to has a lot less patience than I do and turns around and cuts your hair all F-ed up forcefully when you do this to them!!!
Worst experience ever. The workers were more concerned about leaving work- to go to an event together- rather than taking care of their clients. They didn't even conversate with us, they were more worried about how their own make up looked for this event. They rushed through their work and ended up clipping my nephews neck, which caused bleeding and also left a huge chunk of hair not cut. It was a sloppy job. My other nephew didn't even have a chance to show his mom how his hair cut was- if there was anything else needed cut- and the lady already had a new client in her chair before checking in with his mother. I understand that when it is time for your shift to end, you want to get out but it's still your responsibility to care of your clients. Not to mention, the store manager was in the salon witnessing all of this and was rude when their mother followed up with her. WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.
