I normally love this location, today's visit was awful. I pulled it n at 4:50p and didn't pull out till 5:25p. This isn't what upset me. The girl in the drivethru is what upset, according to my receipt her name is Chelsea B. She slammed the melted drink I asked to be remade, she then proceeded to slam the window shut after that. She wasn't going to give me my receipt either. She is the worst example of customer service.
Great food clean fast service
If I could post a negative star then I would. The people who work here at the rudest people in Washington Court House. Everyone is way to busy playing around than making your food. And the manger Teresa is busy trying to act like a bad ass and play around then be a manger. The manger pretty much threw my food on the counter at me. I think Taco Bell needs to really look more into who they hire. I will not be back for a long while.
Everyone was friendly n helpful. Tge order was done rt n ir was fasst. They all need. A pin on or somethin. Hell of grew tonight
