Chris and Jim make the rental process so Fast and easy....anf stress free!!! They are very accommodating to storage needs. Very friendly and professional. Such an ease to do business with and talk to about availability and size of storage needed. Even provide water on hot days and to my thirsty daughter!!!
Needed a quick storage so I went online & reserves it which was great to start then got a phone call from them to reassure it was reserved. I came in to reserve it & they worked with me and got me the best rate possible! Great nice service...I know mine & my sisters things will be safe!I highly recommend this place..my first storage
It wasn't the facility I was not pleased with, it was the customer service. The Smart Stop in Washington Court House, Ohio is where I have my rental. When I rented it on the 13th of the month, nothing about the admin fee or the prorated charge was explained. The way I understood it, I was paying for an entire month. When I stopped in to explain my frustration with the lack of information I was provided and my frustration about getting a call that I was late with a payment the store manager was more concerned with letting me know that they had done their job, than he was about listening to me, the customer. I was thankful his district boss happened to be there on that morning. The district manager actually showed much better customer service.
I reserved a unit online which was a very fast and easy process (did not have to have any money down for that). I received a phone call ahortly afterward to let me know they had a unit reserved for me...asked if I had any questions. I went in a few days later and Jim showed me the unit. He went over the policies and exclaimed the pricing. Filled out my contract went over the security features. Jim walked me out to make sure I had no problems with the entry code and I was on my way home. It took maybe 20 minutes. The facility is very clean and Jim was very nice and professional. I did some research before going out there and they are a few dollars more than some places in the area. But I feel positive that I made the right in going here.
