Helpful knowledgeable people. Much greater selection of small hardware than the big box store. A bit kore expensive, but worth it.

My boyfriend and I came in to have some spare keys made for his truck. We were greated as soon as we walked in the door, we went to the back and waited and waited to have our keys made, the man who worked that department and had a customer on his hands that was the most difficult and ignorant person I've seen in a little while. Doug handled it so well, was professional, kind and patient. He apologized for our wait, and made our keys in little time and gave us just what we wanted. So shout out to Doug for going an extra mile and making our vist worth the wait!
Probably the only hardware store in town that still has that hometown feel. Many employees are teens and are pleasant and respectful; a credit to millennials and contrary to the reputation the group is often misjudged as (lazy, rude). This and all communities need more businesses like this as they can be showplaces of what we've lost: neighbors.
