Called just now days after my last review and this is an edit and Miss Chelsea...boy she gives great customer service over the phone! So professional and the most friendly voice I have heard over the phone! I know exactly what I am heading to get and the aisle! She gave me all the info I needed! Wish Wal-Mart had the people Home Depot had! Thank you Chelsea! With Chelsea right now while shopping she is helping me again! Oh my gosh. I love this place! Would spend double just for this Home Depots Customer service!
Love Home Depot in Washington Court House! Employees are knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer to your question, they will direct you to someone who does. Will drive 40 miles to shop here!
I love this Home Depot! Every single time I am at this location, I am constantly having questions and need help. Every single employee has been over the top professional and go the extra mile to help me. Mr. BILL....helps me.Every single.time. he knows the inventory and has helped me pick out items I needed an opinion in deciding. Mr. RON...this evening helped me carry out my items since I didn't want to take a cart out and was almost closing time for the store. Never was I rushed tonight. The cashier lady was awesome and used the scanner to ring up my items. There was abother lady I asked where the " tv mounts were located" and she was so sweet and ready to answer any question I had. There is another gentleman when I picked out my air purifier that has helped me numerous times as well. A gentleman who helped me choose a power drill this evening. If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't have purchased the one I needed. Thank you all again! Over and over and has taken me awhile to post this review. You all never cease to give 110% of your time, knowledge, and customer service. I wish I.could give a 10 star!!! You all are a total asset to Home Depot!!!

Completely awesome! I went to get paint and the young lady helping me was so knowledgeable and friendly. I'd recommend Home Depot to everyone.
Very displeased and over all feel like I have been singled out. I will skip the boaring details and say the employee "Tmac" and another woman employee literally walked around looking over shelves, peeking around aisles, whispering and "sideglancing"....and to my dismay heard them talking about me over the radio (which I heard come over another employees radio) to the point that I pulled my buggy up to the registers unloaded it all on the table (over $200) and told tmac there was all of "his" stuff so he won't have to look for it anymore. His response....was he could sign me up for a home depo card. Once I enformed him I have one and will not be using it, he decided to be friendly tell me his name and said ask for him the next time I come in and he can help me.

Miss Teresa...Was looking for an.insect repellent and she immediately directed me.to.what she uses and safe for indoors. told me exactly what to do and how to use it. She was so helpful. I have been coming.here more often and will update when I get excellent service which is each and every time!
